Surviving 390SE's

Anybody know how many of the 103 are left?

That 103 usually includes the 420SEs (about 10%) so say 93 390SEs... in previous discussions on this subject there was generally thought to be 50-60 of them left. Where they all are is anyone's guess. In 12 years on PH and nearly 14 years owning mine I've never heard of one being written off or broken for spares. One's definitely in Canada; there are probably none in the USA unless they were specially exported by the owners as the 390 appeared long after PW said he'd never sell a car over there again.
I've never seen any of the Dutch contingent driving one at the 'Fest (they were always 400SEs or SEACs).
One was sold near me a couple of years back for £1800 (probably less as that's what the seller was asking) but it's never appeared on this forum.

There are 21 on the register list of owner pages above, plus around 13 420/450's. Is this up to date?

I know of one that lost its life, but is to be reborn as something else very soon.

Also, I was under the impression that there were only 7 420se's?

Yes, that number rings a bell. It was very strange that so many paid such a high premium for the different shaped SE AC body.
