Can any one tell me which RAD. fits a 1990 400SE. OR Which pipe runs along the bottom front of the RAD.
After HEARTY drive via. A46 from LEICESTER back to CO DURHAM the next outing it developed a fine spray out of the mesh gril .However on this outing not a lot of water was lost .ANY help welcome.

Good radiator refurb business should be able to sort you out, probably have to give them your old rad though for the headers on each end.

Don't be tempted to use radweld apart from anything else the vibration on a wedge shakes it loose in no time.

You could keep it going by bunging liquid metal or filler on the OUTSIDE near where the leak is, this will lose you a few square inches of rad. Otherwise sort out a recore place and spray the nuts and bolts holding the rad & fan on with WD40 now to give it a chance to soak in...

Well worth spending £400 on a new Ali Rad. Mine had a leak for almost 12 years, progressively getting worse. 3 years ago I opted for an Aly Rad and she hasnt lost a drop (well apart from a pair of head gaskets, but the rad is sound biggrin
