911 (997) Radio stopped working this morning - Help! :-)

Hi Guys,

After some friendly advice from my fellow piston heads....

Got in the 911 (997) this morning and the radio was silent. Switch to CD and it works fine. Tried the usual turn it off and on but cant get the radio to send any audio through.

Anyone got any ideas what the root cause might be?

Possible the antenna wire has worked its way loose.

Just to add to this, if a station is showing but no sound then probably not the aerial.

Stations are still showing, just no volume on the radio function.....??

Stupid comment probably but is there a mute button for the radio which doesn't mute the CD?
