He's knocked the booze on the head apparently and had a bit of a lifestyle change. We noticed on saturday that he appeared to have some skin pinned back by his ears which i guess would tie in with such significant weight loss of a man his size.
Seems like a genuinely nice bloke and does food that i really want to eat.

What.. Skin pinned back by his ears. Not sure you are being serious. If you are why would he have his skin pinned back behind his ears because he has lost weight? Please don't answer that, just tell me you were joking.Seems like a genuinely nice bloke and does food that i really want to eat.
Not quite sure how this happened but I was chatting to the chap who runs the local corner shop by my office and he said he had lost 6st recently and then proceeded to lift up his shirt and show me the corset type item he was wearing to keep the excess skin in place. It was quite shocking to see how much there was almost put my off my walkers max paprika..
Anyhow carry on.
The food in this new series seems more doable. The hay-stuff garbage from last season put me off a bit.

I love watching Kerridge on the TV. In fact I love watching all kinds of food programmes - Man -v- Food, Drivers, Diners and Dives, Masterchef, etc...but Kerridge seems to appeal to me the most. As a chef, and as a clearly great bloke, bless him
Even if I've just had dinner, if I watch a cookery programme, I'm like "mmmm, bet that tastes amazing!!!"
But anyway - the point of posting was to share my restaurant mantra:
'Never trust a skinny chef!'
