Red or Blue Polybushes

I've had a look through the forum, and I can't find any information about this. I've bought a second hand, but unused set of blue polybushes for the Griff, but need to buy the anti roll bar bushes and the grease.

However, I saw an advert from Polybush themselves that seems to indicate that the blue bushes are for 'touring' and the red bushes are for 'performance'.

Have I bought the wrong ones, or are the red ones too stiff for a Griff?

also where can I buy the other parts I need?

blues are fine for road use, a couple of mine have had to be replaced this year after 1000m track use 5000 road. if they go again i'll upgrade to reds. bear in mind my shocks are rose jointed so stresses are larger.

eds will be very harsh on the road...tramlining etc.

rollbar sizes are all they'll need. demon theives etc supply all you need. think the sizes are 22f 16r but check.

Cheers Andy. I'm going to replace the bushes soon, and strip and repaint the wishbones with POR15, so I might was well fit some Nitrons whilst I'm there. Seems about 400 front and 325 rear is the concensus on spring rates. Did you pay any less than £850+VAT for yours?

£800 sounds about right, i think mine are a touch stiffer, speak to www.peninsula-tvr.co.uk about prices, they developed the griff stuff.

There are black ones too which are between red and blue. Just had these fitted to my front wishbones.
