What unusual size Tyre recommendations

I have a Some Escort Cosworth Alloys that I have fitted to my kit car for the past 10 years.

I'm very limited with the size as I can only fit 215/40/16 rear and 205/40/16 on the front. or just go with 205/40/16 all round.

I'm currently using Toyo Proxes but was looking at something different as i only use the car for a trip to Le mans every other year. Then mostly it's used on the weekend when dry.

So was thinking Yokohama Parada Spec 2

Anyone used this? or any other recommendation for a 205/40/16 tyre that will only get used for fun and in the dry

yes I know the wheels should be running 225/45/16 but it won't fit and never been a issue with the tyres I have been using
