Got a '06 S-Max and need to add a hand-free phone option to it - any views on what a decent quality, easy to fit, effective choice would be?

Don't really want something battery powered as I'd tend to forget to charge it - which seems to leave three options:
  • replacement head unit - not simple or cheap as the Ford OEM one needs additional fascia parts, and is expensive, whilst the aftermarket ones need more fascia bits as well
  • tom-tom with bluetooth connectivity - might be a simple option, but are they good for calls? DO have an old but fully functional tom-tom so the nag is really optional
  • parrot wired in. Easy to wire in? good quality?
experiences welcomed.....

I've had a parrot 9200 put in all recent cars. Seem to be pretty good.
