V8VS - plinth off, fuse 15 out, polished and in the sun

I spent last week blasting around Surrey in the Sunshine. Paddy did a great job on the paintwork and it took just a few mins to remove the number plate plinth. Really getting to know the car now and am delighted so far. Plenty fast enough and I love the SS II gearbox. Problems/faults: Satnav is a bit naff and the indicator stalk feels inferior in quality to the one on the Skoda rental car I also drove. I can live with that. 18.4mpg to date.
