Chassis protection

Any opinions on the best place to get the chassis cleaned, painted and waxoiled?

I do mine myself, Up on jacks, good clean then hammerite any bits that need it then waxoyle it all over. Couple of evenings worth of work depending on condition.
Although I do believe POR15 is better stuff I had a load of hammerite and waxoyle left over from last time.

Took me an entire day just to clean it up (hadn't been done for years), luckily had the use of a friends ramps and airgun to blow all the muck out having wire brushed.. then put on POR15 as recommended by so many others.. seems to be little to beat it.. If you don't want to do it yourself, most of the independent/TVR specialists do it for reasonable money.. (eg Peninsula/RT)

I had my previous TVR done at Austec while in for servicing - cost around £250+vat as I recall which when you consider the amount of work done works out good value IMO, as it was cleaned completely, left overnight then treated it when dry the following day.

If you have a local indy garage that would be the place to use, unless you're confident to do it yourself.

Err, dirty rust-proofing stuff?

Didn't ask to be honest, but when it was at the ramps at my local dealer they said a very good job had been done, so I was happy
