I'm thinking £15k or less. What are your tips?
Here are mine:
Range Rover Classic
Defender (mid 90's, before they got too much electronic wizardy)
Z3M Coupe
Lotus Elite

Have I missed anything obvious...?

This was supposed to be a bit of fun, thanks for the gratuitous sarcasm.

You listed four cars and asked if you missed anything obvious. I gave an honest answer.

Clio V6 has got to be an absolute banker of an investment. More so than any other 'recent' car.

Imagine looking back at it's lunacy when we're all driving electric cars.

For the pricier stuff: Clio V6, S1 Elise, anything TVR, Z4M in any form.

For the cheaper end I'd say Fiat Coupé Turbo, Peugeot Rallye's, mint rally reps (Evo's and Imprezas, but you could count ST204's etc as well), MR2 Turbo's. All because they're rapidly disappearing, once the market is dry the prices will definitely climb!

Highly doubt that. Mexico's I can understand as a current classic, not so sure a Focus ST will be defined as a classic.

I think that the 924/944/928 will certainly be a future classic - prices of desirable models are rising at the moment.
