Need Photoshop help

I've only just started experimenting with Photoshop and I'm a computer dinosoar, so I'm having a little trouble

I've got a picture of my car on the beach with the sun beind. The car is exposed well but the sky is absolutly blitzed white, along with the roof. I want to put in a sunset sky, with all the orange and red from the sky on top of the car.
Can someone
a) give me a site where I can download skys
and other backgrounds and,
b) tell me how to do it or give me a site
that can.

The thing is with these types of requests, I could do a decent job in 20 mins but to try and explain what I mean would take all night to type and would probably confuse your more than ever

One of the best writers and lecturers on the subject of Photoshop is Barrie Thomas, this book is good but it may have more detail than you're looking for.

Well it uses the features available in CS....I think I've got the same book for version 7. I'll see....if I find it, I'll send it to you as a Xmas pressie
