Anybody used Broker4cars?

Hi,

I'm trying to do a PCP deal with Broker4cars and they seem incredibly slow in coming up with a confirmed quote or any communication at all. I've phoned them several times and e-mailed twice.

I've made it clear that if the advertised deal is valid, I'll sign now.

The chap I've spoken to has advised me that they are busy and he will get to it as soon as he can but I'd like some kind of feedback if this is the norm with them or not.

I don't want to breach any naming and shaming rules so please do post your experiences here but feel free to PM me if you feel it breaks name and shame.

If they do come back to me, i'll gladly update this post to advise the outcome.
