There's an awful local crimewave going on where a lot of motorbikes are being stolen; I've been a victim myself losing a dirtbike, an R1 and an awful lot of other stuff. I suspect it's these same people since it looks quite a small van and explains why they didn't take our third bike in it.

This is from local CCTV. Any experts know what make and model it is? Or even an approximate year?

Looks like a mid 90s Transit but that roof bump is a bit unusual.

Looks to me a bit like a Nissan Serena/vanette I'm on the mobile at the moment and can't post a picture link but it has the roof bump and the short front and what looks like rounded headlights

Yes - but that front door size - it's way too small to be a Transit.

I'm inclined to agree looking at that pic. Can't be that many of those smoking around that a. aren't white b. have the high top.

Agreed and I also agree with the Nissan van ID from others.

I don't know, but it is unusual with the two stage roof.

One possibility is a wheelchair conversion MPV?

Yeah, Nissan Vanette Cargo. Shouldn't be hard to find if it's local, can't remember the last time I saw one, let alone one that wasn't white. The Toyota Hiace was always more popular.

probably stolen and on false plates I'd bet.

colour surprises me though, while black/whatever might be good for scumbag nighttime thievery I'd have thought the mass derived anonymity of a white van more desirable. Partly why I justified specifying my vito in purple, only ever seen about two others.

Yep Nissan Vanette Cargo or LDV Cub. (Same van, different badges)

Can't be many of those about.
