Sorry if already covered, but couldn't find anything...

Is there a problem with the PH mobile site, or is it just my phone?

My phone too, been off for a while. Comes up "Bad Search" etc and it's the only site that does not work on the phone. Then it normally comes back ok but as I say been off about 3 wks now.

Cheers, exactly what mine says. Tried getting in to it in different ways but says the same each time.

Well, you gave 2 options, and it works on my mobile...
Do you get the same problem on 3G and wireless?

I've also noticed that the 'Switch to Desktop Site' buttons don't appear to work - which is a pain because that's the one I prefer and it defaults to mobile....

Makes no difference whether on wifi, 3G etc...

Up until a couple of weeks ago, I never had a problem with it at all.

Oh well, let's hope there is a fix soon...I use my mobile more than the laptop now.

Which bit of the site are you trying to use? If it's the forums, you need to delete the mobile prefix and add /gassing at the end of the ph.com address, this will overcome the problem for forums.

Just tried that...said there was a problem with that address? Although I then went in to the home page and clicked Forum from there, and it worked. Now deleted my old home-screen shortcut and created a new one, seems to work.

Cheers.

You don't need to ass the gassing bit just delete the mobile bit.

When you first click forums you will land on this address:

http://mobile. pistonheads.com/gassing/

Delete everything in front of pistonheads so it reads:

pistonheads. com/gassing/

This will take you to the desktop view of the forums.
