Toyota ST162 - passenger seat belt

My pal in California needs a replacement belt for his ST162 Celica. Seems they are as rare as hen's teeth - probably cos the cars are long-lasting and/or scrapped.

I have posted wanted ads on retro rides and the st162 forum - anyone got any other tips for getting hold of one of these for a sensible price (if we could get a new one it would prolly cost more than the car's value ;-)
