Depreciation is going to be a killer for that, these'll probably be affordable in 10-15 years. Only 2x HDMI too ?

I mam guessing that this is for the entrance of a corporate headquarters or similar, so probably wont even need both HDMI's

You would only have one feed going to it.

The screen would be part of a much bigger system.

Price includes Compulsory Site Survey, Site Installation Report, Specialist Logistics, Display Mounting and Installation (4 Men) and 5 Year Annual maintenance Site Visit. (Depending on specific requirements).

This item is made to order and therefore may take up to 5 Months to deliver.

I supposed it's not intended for your average video gamer / home entertainment user then smile

Even if it was, I suspect that someone after a 4k TV would only need 1 HDMI TV because all of their input devices would be routed through a receiver and surround system.

From memory that is the RRP give or take 10p.

If anyone is interested I would be happy to offer a cheeky little discount on it!

In fact I should be working on the older 102" version later this week, installed in a cinema room.

This is the brilliance of PH. Someone finds a link to one of the biggest televisions on earth and one of the "senior" members of the site is one of the bloody installation team.

In terms of 6 degrees of separation, PH spans the earth.

I'm a million miles away from being able to afford one of these, but that sort of discounts can be offered on these. With this huge price, even 5% would be £30k

If that's me, not quite on the install team, but I can buy them and have them installed as part of bigger systems.

I tell you one thing though, the 102" is 11 floors up and would not have fitted in the lift! so would have had to be craned in! Also, you don't have to heat the room! the heat off the Plasma screen easily warms the room, if you add in the amps they are running it is nice and toasty in there.

I didn't put it in, but to be honest the whole install is very poorly done. But its difficult to tell someone that when they have spent 5 years fitting it out! I am going to bide my time, helping them out and picking up the pieces.

For Discount, I cant get onto the trade site at the moment, but something a little more than that wouldnt be out of the question I am sure.

Cheers... Like I said, I am never likely to be in the position to buy one, was just curiousity.
I know you cannot go into specifics, but the install you did, I am asuming it was corporate, rather than a penthouse flat?

It wasn't my install, but i am slowly rescuing it.

And no, its not corporate, it is a residential flat!

Looks beautiful, but technically it is crap and makes me pull my hair out.
