I have, because I wanted to keep the heat into the system and my exhaust is very high quality materials and welds.... I also did the turbo and had a blanket on it as well, it was simply too effective and got too hot so I removed the blanket.

if you do it, use zirotek... used the other famous one as well for a load of parts and it was terrible, flaked off while on the bench and had to spend close to £500 having it all removed and the damage put right, on top of the £700 to have it all done in first place... been very happy with the zirotek stuff i had done.

I have been playing with the same idea myself recently.
Mostly because I want to get the temperatures under the bonnet down a bit as I melted an accelerator and handbrake cable recently.
Do you feel this make a real difference regarding the temperatures in the engine compartment and/or the cabin?
Did you get the entire exhaust coated or just the manifolds - downpipes - turbos?
Can I be rude and ask you how much you paid for the coating (PM me if you prefer)
