hot girls - can I publish?
Discussion
I was at Max Power London on Sunday, had a great time and some very nice cars there.
While I was walking round, I also took a fair few photos of the promo girls and cars - as did just about every other lad there.
99% of these photos were posed for me, where the girl is looking directly into the camera with a cheeky smile, wink, etc. Only a couple are "snaps".
My question is - am I allowed to use these photos for a website?
I would like to setup an online gallery of the girls (about 58), and have a "Vote" button below each pic. Visitors can place their vote on their fav pic, and the percentage votes each girl gets is displayed below their photo. A sort of beauty contest.
There would be a notice saying that if anyone featured wanted to be removed, to simply email the details and it would promptly be taken off.
The plan is that if the site became popular over the next month or so, I can advertise my In Car Entertainment business and hopefully make some spin-off sales.
So...
Am I allowed to do this without risking getting sued?
I am a bit of a photography newbie, so if there are any pros here who could help in clearing this up I would be very grateful.
I got some shots of some "known" models too, would it be best to leave them out of it? (Jakki Degg, Leilani etc)

I think the difference might be when you start to make spin-off sales and money on the back of the pics.
the girls will no doubt have been *professional* models, and unless you got them to sign some kind of release for the pics they possibly hold some right over them, unless you use them strictly for private gratification, erm I mean private viewing ...

um, how can you get more revealing that some of those? Gee I'm a prude
You won't get in any trouble posting those IMO, so long as you put suitable titles saying where the pictures were taken/what stands they were on. They are after all there to be photographed and talked about in advertising terms.
that lass in the red top is probably the nicest looking imo, see, we vote already

some of the girls were doing a little stripping, so yes, there are some more revealing photos.
as for stands... i have no idea, eyes on other things...
Feel free to cast your votes - mine goes to girl number 4, she was pretty sweet and seamed like a nice girl.
(any legal advice still much appreciated, getting the impression I should be ok, but not sure?)
