Rolling Road morning and lunch, Sat 31st May @ SRR

I have received confirmation from Charlie that we can run a RR day on Saturday 31st May.

Full address to be confirmed but it is in Farnborough, Hants, near Wickes / B&Q so close to town centre to drop off the wife/girlfriend to do the shopping

You get 2 or 3 runs on the dyno / rolling road, an AFR check and a variety of printed plots of your engine output, eg power and torque at the wheels, estimated crank output etc. Lunch will likely be at a decent local pub such as the Brickmakers in Windlesham which we used twice last year.

At up to 10 cars for the day it will be £40, over 10 cars £35.

I would hope to get circa 15 cars in between 9.30am and 13.00pm with a run circa every 15 mins.

Please post your name, car, time preference, whether you want lunch and how many for lunch.

Lunch will be circa 13.00-13.30 depending on numbers running.

So far I have a small mix of 986/987/981 Boxsters.

Sounds good, but Is a 997 turbos allowed (if I remember from last time you couldn't test them)?

Remove the prop shaft.

Cooling was the problem with Turbos. Charlie would only run his own car.

Yes, I was feeling a little guilty of asking again.
Charlie has so much historic data on my cars its the only place to go for not only a good quality run but also comparative view on how they continue to perform.
This time round I wanted to compare with a friends car but on the same day so that we even out any ambient weather differences too....too much fighting talk on who is the quicker driver!

I think an earlier slot would be preferable. I would need either 3, or 4 consecutive slots.
The 3 cars I mentioned earlier. I could also bring a E39 M5 which I have been threatening Charlie with some some time. However, only if non Porsches are ok, I am not being too greedy, and there is low demand from others on this forum.

No need to feel guilty. At least you told me before hand. We're up to about 10/11 cars now but bring the M5 anyway why not! There's a concurrent thread on boxa.net but I will amalgamate the full list so it's easier to see what cars are running.
