Supercharged black E46 M3 in Bournemouth?

I'm sure i've seen it before around here but tonight was the first time i've managed to get behind it on the road (ASDA roundabout B'mth to Blackwater junction).
Black E46 M3 with CSL style boot lid. Plate is something like BM04DAB. Black M3 badge and i think a 'Supercharged' badge on the boot, like the ones you get on a Range Rooney Sport. It did sound nice and was fairly quick point to point, despite the traffic. Suspension looked 'altered' too as it was very flat in the corners. Couldn't fully open the taps to compare with the C63 though.
Anybody got any knowledge of the car?
