Welcome, and nice car. Love the colour, other than blue that's my next favourite thumbup

Don't worry about looking at your car all the time, we all do it. I love looking at mine and I have had mine 15 months biglaugh

Just enjoy your car, drive her as often as you can, and just keep looking at her thinking how beautiful Astons are yes

Thanks Guys , looked at so many cars before deciding on this from a mustang to a Maserati , but after not quite feeling the wow factor with the other cars I decided to go purely on emotion than economics or practicality This car makes me feel special !
The Lotus handles better
Porsche best all rounder
Maserati most practical
XKR 5.0 fastest

But the Aston wins none of the above but the combination of the exquisite interior , the sound , the subtlety perfectly proportioned body and the feel good factor won me over !

I love the green on green , it's not everyone's taste but I think suits an Aston , I believe it's called Aston Martin Racing green but I need to check that

Very happy Bunny :-)

Love the combination, and completely agree that green is eminently suitable for an Aston!

Beautiful colour. I saw one like this pass me in Weybridge yesterday and it reminded me how well green suits the lines of the car. Congratulations!

Me too. I think Parliament Green for the interior is a cracking colour. Love it - congratulations!

Thanks Little D , now I know the interior colour , which is spooky as the car lived in an underground car park in Westminster next to the Houses of Parliament !
Does ant one know for sure the paint colour , the owner thought it was sage green , but looks more like racing green to me ?

You can find out yourself. From the FAQ (which, if you haven't found it yet, is very useful reading!):

2)V8 Vantage - Lift the bonnet and remove the large cover plate at the front of the engine bay, the one with the little AM inspection plaque on it. You can then see a cross-member at the front running across the car with a white label on it; the paint code is shown on there.

Definitely not California Sage.

Looks like Ghilles Green to me.

Interior likely to be Parliament Green.

Nearly bought (too slow) my first Aston V8V in that colour but with cream/moonshadow inserts in the cabin.
