On the supercharged jcw gp are there any major problems on them, I think they look good value at the moment and they should make a great fun car.

What are people's thoughts

The GP never had any major problems that would have differ from a 'regular' JCW. I've owned mine for a year now and in that time have changed/added parts to 'improve' the car. I'm saying this because the only problem you will have in a GP are purely subjective and you only improve the car because you don't like it.

I can guarantee you that you will LOVE the car. I had a choice between a GP and a Clio v6 and opted for the MINI as it brought the bigger grin to my face: it's quick, great handling and has the cheekiest noise you'll hear. The lack of rear seats is a blessing in my opinion, there are no rear obscurations and this is essentially when you're going round the Nurburgring and trying to get out of the way of an Aventador coming at you at 160mph.

Any specific questions, you should go to the Mini GP Owners Club: www.gpuk-ownersclub.com/‎

Friendly people who know this car like they designed and built it and any questions you have they are more than happy to answer. You will also know which ones were cherished and well looked after, those are the ones you should buy.

I have had one for 16 months and not had any problems with it but I shoud also add that I do not do many miles in it either. It is a nice drive (even with runflats).
