Dealers / PHers Sell me you car!

Not sure on the etiquette for this, so mods please move / bin if necessary.

I'm struggling to find nice looked after examples of cars for sale in my budget with some rudimentary criteria. You know the sort of 'Grandad' stored in a garage oil change every 6k type cars.

Budget: £3-6k, maybe slightly more if very nice / special

Criteria to meet:
- 35+ mpg in 'real world'
- comfortable for long trips
- Handling is more important than speed, I don't drove fast, but would like some power when needed for safe overtaking etc.
- 4 seats + a boot.
- I'd prefer petrol over diesel but coming to terms that this might not be possible.
- Less than 100k

So if you are PHer with a nice looked after car for sale, or a dealer with a nice example, what have you got? I'm willing to consider most things, but I do like Vauxhalls (I appreciate this makes me a knuckle dragger).
