That hub nut is a real bar-steward!!!
Discussion
Took some mega levers and my father in laws open ended 1.5 inch spanner. Looked something Thor would use lol
Any how both hub nuts are now off and one side of the suspension is stripped. Must remember the shims. Now for the fun to remove "that bar"!!!
Time for a beer

I think I'd be tempted, as a first line of attack, to pack the shorter end with a few large washers bearing on the outer tube and reuse the old nut to see if the rod can be pulled through.
Worst case scenario you may have to cut through the rod at either end of the tie-rod bush and attack it in three pieces.
Nothing's insurmountable; if you note the dimensions of the rod before you start (OD, length, thread pitch and length at both ends) then any machinist worthy of the name could knock up a new one in minutes (assuming there isn't one on a shelf somewhere).
Yup, that's the method we used on Delilah, cut the arm out the way first with thin cutting disc then in the press for each part using a drift to push the Bugger through. In addition to heating the hub whilst the pressure was on it in the press two hammers simultaneously either side and BOOM we cacked ourselves but it shifted.
Loads of copper ease to reassemble.
Got the new studs from David Gerald complete with nuts and washers.
