Anyone know this GTR in the classifieds?

Not sure if this is a long-shot or if the Ultima world is small enough that someone might live next door to it or have built it or...

Anyhow..

From the photos, I like the colour, I like the fact that it has the LS7 Engine, I like the side scoops, infact, I like the general look of the car.

I have spoken to the factory and they tell me it isn't a factory built car (not sure if that is somehow obvious from the advert to those in the know) and have spoken to the seller but unfortunately he is a broker so it isn't quite as straight forward (initially perhaps) to get info re the build / specs etc as it might be if dealing directly with the owner. Unfortunately it is also about 7hrs away so popping in for a casual browse isn't likely.

So, any initial thoughts, pointers, obvious things to think about or ask about or whatever would be welcome.

Don't know the car but bit would tick all my boxes, leather seats dash/LS7 splitter etc etc the green has even grown on me

The factory have a record of the cars they build, but you can also tell from the switches on the dash and the wheels, they look like Image to me.

No problem with any of that but I don't know the car, sorry.

If you get to Stoneleigh at the weekend you will be able to see plenty of examples.

Then you could make the trip with a trailer and funds to view the car with some knowledge of what to look for. If it's good, you like it, buy and drag home. Job done.
