It's the same licence, so there is no concept of "points on your bike licence", just "points on your licence".

Riding a bike with no L plates on show therefore had a tug from the Plod and aquired points me thinks.

You mean you were planning to break the law on a bike and hoping it wouldn't affect your car licence if you got caught?

I like that idea. I'll just tow a trailer everywhere then I can speed as much as I like and they can only put the points on my B+E licence.
