Does anyone know who can diamond cut and polish a set of alloys on my Wedge for me. I am in North London but can travel a short distance if anyone is recommended. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Take a look at this post,

Looks like Lepsons are the boys!

and not too far from you although personally for the "right job" I'd be prepared to travel almost any distance.

Ohhh! You've ruined it for me now. I was expecting to see a few diamonds in the processes. It sounded so much more exiting. Still, never mind, someone with a very large lathe will have to do then!

You could do what my friend did - I sold him some minilites for his Rover P6 and the lathe at work was too small (despite that he works at an aircraft maintenance place) so he chocked up his back wheels, put the engine in 4th gear on idle and used some scotchbrite on them. They came up a treat!

I just dropped a set of T Slots off at Lepsons yesterday so will be interesting to see what they come out like i would have done them on the bench polisher but the corrosion was just to much to sand out fingers crossed they will be good
