Christ, that 911 driver had something to prove. At 1:50 it was nearly over for him, then at 2:50 when he is overtaking at 140 - did he really think he'd be able to shed 80mph and slot into one of those gaps on his left if something appeared coming the other way? The R1 rider looked a lot safer, but still very fast, but was riding in the boot of the 911 towards the end.
As for bringing anyone before a magistrate, good luck with that. You'd need a tardis, at the least.

Quite an old video by some of the vehicles passed - Nissan Bluebirds, Austin Metros, Ford Orion, various Sierras, K10 Micras etc.
A few more moderns, but would put the video at 1998-2002 sort of area?
Driver and rider needed bringing before a magistrate for all that.
Might be Norfolk fairly recently though.A few more moderns, but would put the video at 1998-2002 sort of area?

How fast is that 911 ? jesus, what engine is it in a 993 that keeps an R1 fairly honest ?
Driver obviously a dick.

Probably just the standard 911 Turbo engine of the era I'd guess, the R1 wasn't using full throttle very often or shifting up at the redline, and was braking on approach to the car at times, so I'm not sure the R1 was kept "honest" - if the R1 had been taking the same level of risks as the 911 I imagine the R1 would have been past and away very early in the video. 911s hold up better in a crash though! How fast is that 911 ? jesus, what engine is it in a 993 that keeps an R1 fairly honest ?
