I think Sir Thomas More's Utopia had some great ideas, and Iain M Banks's Culture certainly seems to project the perfect civilisation, even Middle Earths purity held me transfixed, for a while.

But if I had to choose any fantasy world to live in, any falsely constructed memespace to drag out the rest of my pretend existence, it would have to be ZZ Tops dated, sexist, low resolution and yet somehow perfect paradise:
