Anyone kind enough to help me identify these?

When I bought my kit car it came with some spare wheels which I have never used and are making the place look untidy.
Does anyone know where they are from? They are stamped with a Ford logo.
They seem to measure 14.1 inches rim to rim, but there is a code stamped on them:
13x6JxCHx19, does this make them 13 inch wheels?
Current tires are 185/60R13 80H and 205/60R13 86H

Apologies for all the dense questions. Would like to know how to describe them to list them on ebay.

So does the measurement of the wheel not include the outer rim of the then? Makes sense I suppose!

The size of the tyre,13" gives a clue to the wheel size.

Probably lazer wheels ,much more numerous than RS2000 wheels which use different nuts.

The measurement is of the bead of the tyre when seated.

My dad had these on his 2.0l S Capri (Y reg approx 1983).

Yep these were known as RS alloys back in the day when things were simple and alloys were special and 13" wheels were special and 15" wheels were only for supercars!
