Aston phone integration... iPhone?

Hi Guys,

I have managed to hook my iPhone 5S up to the Aston and I can happily accept calls but there seems to be know way of making a call other than via the phone itself??

Once it is detected is says 'Synchronising...' this clears after a few seconds, if I then press 'Read' button it comes up saying 'please wait...' and never changes I then have to press and hold the 'phone' button to return to the previous screen!

Has anybody got an iPhone 5S working in their Aston and can they make calls from the media interface??

Hi Andy,
No problem here. Can make calls from last number dialled or from phone book. Press phone button and your phone name should appear on screen. To make a call from media interface press and hold for 2 seconds the for e.g. number 2 button and the A,B and C's in you phone book appear. Use the right hand dial to scroll up and down to access contact and then press the button in the right hand dial or the phone call button on the steering wheel and it should then start dialling.
It's not the most intuitive system but a quick read of the manual and a few practises you'll get there.

Mine lists them first name- surname which annoys me but works like this too.
