Suggestions on a postcard please?

Doesn't have to be a Porsche. I'm sure that it's a common dilemma and one I'm currently in.

You've been hawking that ole Spyder for years! About time you moved it on. Two is enough for me though.

Unfortunately it's been my budget for to many years smile

At least its not red! The only Ferrari I'd buy is the 550 or 575.

Good shout. I was about ready to take up a deal on Rob Huff's but the gent told me it's due for collection next week. That was my preferred choice of the the currently available cars and offered directly at a good discount over the Caraholics ad.

Lucky chap. Looks a great car. Just have to get the hair dryer out and remove those RUF badges smile

Are you on the hunt again OP!? You don't keep things for long do you. biggrin

Could you go to a bit more and sample a 997 GTS maybe? Failing that, I think you've tried most things, if they have to be suitable for daily use? If not how about a Morgan aero8. Bit quirky but pretty cool. I have no idea how they drive mind and I doubt they'd come close to a Boxster Spyder.

What's not to like?

I got back after a three hour drive and just wanted to go straight back out again I love it!!

Mighty impressed with the Turbo it has some serious grunt, I think Porsche may have under estimated the horse power a little wink

Here's a pic from the services..

Not so sure about the GTS. Good looking car but the centre locks are a pain and reminds me of a parts bin, end of line special. No offence meant to those who own one smile

I did have a thing for the Aero 8 a few years ago. Maybe a little to quirky though.

Wouldn't buy another Spyder (only because I've had a couple), but I would try a Cayman R. Also fancy a 997.2 Targa but they are thin on the ground. 996 GT2 would have been a good place to sink my cash but the cars now available don't float my boat.

Had a test drive in a 12 plate 991 3.4 a few weeks ago at OPC Cardiff. Liked the car but I'd quickly get frustrated at the relative lack of punch.

Decisions decisions!

Great traction on the Turbo smile

The pic doesn't do your Aston justice. Seriously gorgeous car.

Your engine is in the wrong place!

Although if you're offering it within my £50K budget it wouldn't bother me? wink
