renault vel satis auto what are they like ?

Hi all
Iv just sold my car and fancy something a bit different.Iv noticed the vel satis and i was wondering what are they like to live with as a daily driver specially the 3.0 dci auto.What are the common faults,are they easy to get parts for and to work on?Any views would be appreciated.
