the engine fan switch has failed on my 430, I need to get her up and running today does anybody know what car they originally came from so I can get one from the local Halfords \ car factors? I dont have the time to get one from the usual TVR parts suppliers.

thanks

You mean the switch in the water tank?

I guess you know it's failed because you've bridged the wires and the fans come on?

If your fans work like this you can work around it for a day.
On the longer runs the air is cool enough that the fans won't come on anyway.
When you get to the higher traffic areas just override the switch and run with the fans permanently on.

Post up which town you live in Alan, you might find if someone knows youre local they will offer to loan you their spare.
