He wants to know which £10k car he should consider. He wants one with under 50k miles, newer than 2007. It should be a saloon or a 5 door hatch/estate, and have between 150 and 200bhp.

On the shortlist so far is the Mercedes C180, Mazda6 and Lexus IS200.

Seemed pretty clear to me? hehe

You'd certainly get a decent choice of the 325i market for that money. That's probably be my choice with those requirements (assuming more than 200bhp is allowed).

You have to look hard- I don't know why this one's cheaper than average- but they can be around for that price. Certainly if you'd accept one with 50-60,000 miles you'd find one.

I paid 9 for my 330i in Jan. Estate, auto, m sport with load's of options. Love it. It is a 2006 though and had 60k on it. There were a few knocking about for that kinda money at the start of the year though...
