Do train companies have to stick to a fixed firstclass/standardclass rulebook or could the introduce a real luxury service like airlines provide? I use the Glasgow / Euston service every couple of weeks and find first class seems to be going downhill with poorer quality food, more chavy occupants and service not as good as it once was.

Made me chucklesmile This is especially frustrating at the weekends when 1st Class on Branson's train set is awash with the great unwashed;)

The rolling stock internally are looking tired, however they've obviously taken some feedback from customers & spruced up the toiletssmile

Wait until the railways are re-nationalised, then you'll really have something to complain about.
