T350 rear valance

Hi,

Can someone tell me how the rear valance is secured in the are of the exhaust.

My 2003 has never had a bracket fitted in this are and flaps about a bit, but I have seen a valance on E bay which has two metal strips bolted to to but how does it attach to the chassis or exhaust mount.

A picture showing it would be great.
