Rf83 floorstanders

Hi

Thinking about buying some floor standers for hifi and home cinema and these look epic klipsch rf-83s

Anyone heard em as would be planning to pick up on ebay so listening is not possible. Or any other suggestions?

I am a big fan of Klipsch products.....

That said, they are not to everyone's taste, technically speaking the speakers will be more suited to home cinema rather hifi, it depends on how trained your ears are.

For me, as an all round speaker (we watch more movies than music) these would be high on my list, although they are not very wife friendly so beware....

Thanks for reply , your name could describe these speakers!! dont understand the obsessive nature of the wife to avoiding large speakers it's not like the space us being used for anything else!

They are BIG though at 45kg a pop, what do you reckon is the going rate for a used pair?
