I have to agree with you there. When i was a trainee Auto electrician in my youth in the Mid 70s. I worked on quite a few Elans . Changing the Dynamo on an Original Elan was shall we say...... interesting. A superb car , but my favorite was a JPS Europa that gave me great pleasure in driving. Happy Days.
