Single seater driving experience, help?

Not sure if this is the right section, but a friend wants to do a single seat drving experience for her 30th and the one at Brands has a height restriction of 5ft 2" and over. She's only 5ft and Brands have said the height requirement is enforced as any less than 5ft 2" you won't reach the pedals.

Does anyone know of any single seater driving experiences that cater for that slightly shorter person?

I would have suggested Palmersport but if Brands didn't mention it maybe it applies there as well. Silverstone also do a single seater experience but I don't know about height requirements.
