Is this just part of getting old?

I knows its pretty vague but I get home from a long ride and my legs feel tight in every area.

Is there any supplements I can take or exercises I can do to help?

Stretch stretch stretch!

most people do none or little after any ride, quick quads, calf, hamstring, 10 seconds of each...

After suffering last year with my legs, professionals have shown me the art of stretching after rides, especially after long ones, and the difference it has made this year is amazing!

I do around 10-15 minutes with a set of 6/7 stretches.

Do you have any links?

Stretches is something I know I don't do properly, and a routine to follow would be great.

I normally do 10-15 minutes of stretching after every ride, this link contains most of the ones that I follow http://mikesbikes.com/articles/stretching-after-yo...
