white liquid with new ignition amp?

Sure this is really obvious to some, but what's the white sachet of liquid for in with the new ignition amp? Going to fit it on Saturday.

Thermal paste to help dissipate the heat from the amp.

Put a smear all over the metal face of the amp.

Just a thin coating- its just there to fill in any gaps in the metal to metal contact- its not like a gasket.

Ha! Yes me too, bought a new coil, amp (with sachet), and rotor arm to fit Saturday. I'm hoping to discover which one is causing my no spark situation.
