Hi All,

Well i'm fortunate enough to have picked up my first ever Aston (09 - V8VR) last week, but our fine British weather has already made it look like it's been living in a field.

I just wondered what products people recommend to clean it with. Specially the leather to be honest, as I don't want to end up with shiny seats !

No doubt I'll have a fair few more questions over the coming weeks, and hopefully I'll be able to help answer a few too.

Looking forward to getting involved smile

Cheers
Ryan

Wellcome to the fold Ryan.
Products wise there is a section in the frequently asked questions sticky at the top of this page from our resident detailer Paddy.

Above all though rule number 1, photos are mandatory for all new owners.

Thanks for the info guys.......and I'll take a good look at the FAQ's before asking such things in the future.

Next stop.....updating the sat-nav as it's not been touched since 2009.....I know there's a section in the FAQ's for that.

Oh, and I'm craving for the glass switch upgrade too, although I'm slightly loathed to pay a dealer to change them as I can't imagine it's hard (famous last words).

I know I am biased on this but revised to VERY VERY nice.

Always worth a chat with Paddy, he doesn't do a bad job of making them look good and is willing to give advice aswell.

I don't mean to point out the obvious but from the above picture it appears that you do live in a field.

From looking at your fantastic picture of your new Aston it probably looks like it is living in a field because it is biglaugh - keep of the grass!

Welcome to the club, your new car looks beautiful - enjoy yes
