Any idea how much this will cost to fix?

Guy reversed into me in a car park and dented the front wing and door.
It has pushed the wing inwards relative to the door by about 5-10mm so that the panel gap is larger.
The guy looked in his 70's and will be a complete nightmare to deal with since he wasn't very coherent/confused. If I can I'll just get it fixed myself to avoid getting a non-fault accident against my name.

I would say between £400-£600

When I managed to put a dent in my door I had a trawl through the 'bay, found a replacement door (luckily in the same colour) and roughly added an hours labour to do it.

Then went to a local body shop and found he could do it for half the price of the door alone. And when he was done You couldn't see the difference.

I would think that a paintless repair techinique would work on that

£500 will get you a nice job at an independant bodyshop.
Can be done for less but will not be very good (most people would not notice but it will go against you if/when selling it).

Thanks for the replies, I was hoping that it might be around the £200 mark but I guess sorting out the shut line/edge could be difficult.
