Topping up Coolant with water

Sometimes, if a tyre on my car is a little low on pressure (and nobody is looking) I top it up with air. This is just as a 'stop gap' until I can get some genuine (manufacturer approved) tyre topping up gas though.

I was thinking of a similar response as I read the original post, but that'll do nicely!
