Sirius sat radio - North American L322 - 2008

I have just purchased an L322, and was considering sourcing out the Sirius radio unit that was optional on these vehicles. I see a few on eBay, but I am not sure how I determine the correct one for my vehicle.

Also, would the vehicle have wiring in place to support just plugging it in and going?

I suspect North American market vehicles differ from some other markets.
