The "hardy few" smile

Was a bit of a "Hot Hatch Fest" but perhaps the inclement weather put some of the more interesting cars off?

OK, I wimped out, sorry guys. The morning raincheck here oop norf was enough to make me question the wisdom of driving all that way for a wet buttie in the ( non-) driving rain ( with a wet butt ).
I only wanted to be topless. frown Well done to those who made the effort thumbup

Glen, you'd have liked our new friend "Dakotastorm" (gone to find change for parking when I took photo), nice young lad, training as an aircraft technician.

Poor lad.

I trained as an aircraft technician, and look at me now bowtie

Mind you, I can still stitch canvas, and I'm good with dope.
And I can still remember how to wirelock turnbuckles after correctly tensioning the rigging cables. And run a mag drop check.

All handy stuff if you have a TVR wink

Best of luck to you DakotaStorm. thumbup

A nice spirited drive out and back I thought. Thanks for being the point man again Mike.

Did anyone see what the TVR was that tagged onto the back of Stew on the run from Cosford to Bridgnorth on the way back. Looked like a blue Tamora but I was too far away from it to see clearly.

Bob
It was indeed a blue Tamora Bob. He followed us for a couple of miles then peeled off at one of the islands. Looked very nice from what I could see.
