Parking Dispute

Short and sweet.

Last week I collected my new BMW 1 Series. Now, for the last month or so the other half has been parking her old ('07) VW Polo in the underground residential car park.

I now want the underground spot, and would like her car to be relegated to the outside residential parking area.

Is this request unreasonable?

There is a totally logical answer to this - why has she not come out and asked directly ! The BMW can go under cover - and you get to drive the Polo. Sorted !

Report it to the management company in charge of the parking and let them deal with it. I definitely wouldn't get involved if it was me.

Given the circumstances, a solicitor's letter is clearly the only sensible way forward.

That's a very good point. Legal representation is definitely needed in this instance.

Blcok it in then claim it in true PH style. Then, when you have the V5, itll be yours and you can park it outside and your lass will just have to go along with it.

Alternatively; fit a parking pillar obstructing access to the spot and don't give her a key.

This is a problem that can easily be solved by either a mallet, a nail gun, a heat gun, duct tape, trained African killer bees or any combination thereof.

He will definitely be sleeping on the sofa if he does that! This is a domestic dispute, not a neighbour dispute.
