Freelander 2 Sat Nav DVDs

I want to get the European maps for my 07 Freelander 2 ... I've seen some on Ebay. But it's missing on the discs, the UK map disc.

Does the update process require all discs in a set to be present? Or can I just update the system with EU ones?

To answer my own question, no the DVD remains in the drive and actually I just hadn't realised that my current UK disc also contained Northern Europe anyway,
