Toolbox set and comp diagnostic for hobby garage...which???

Hello...
I will open little hobby garage for car repairs. Found lift, air compressor etc...But which tool trolley set to buy? Which comp diagnostic to buy? For around 2000e for toolbox set. Toolkit and diagnostic need to cover as much as possible different cars.
